So far this year i have had a number of international competitions, the latest of which was 2010 Canada cup. It was a good trip and over all i am very happy with the results; Bronze on 3m individual and Bronze in 3m Synchro with Bree Cole. At the end of 3m individual i was pleased to be competitive with the chinese in the final. I scored a personal best and finished a few points behind 1st and 2nd.

Earlier this year i went to Germany and Russia for their International Grand Prix and to China for the first leg of World Series competition. In Germany I placed 1st of 3m and 2nd in Synchro. Russia was also a good result placing 2nd in 3m and 2nd in Synchro. In China I came 2nd in 3m and 2nd in Synchro. Unfortunately due to the Volcano eruption we were unable to attend the final leg of World Series which was to be held in England.

I'm currently in training and have 3 weeks before leaving for the next competition. We depart on the 27th for Wold Cup which will be held in China.
